Goal: Lower the body, not the suspension
1) Stock measurements

2) Stock rear half area section
3) Placed the luggage area on stock location and cut the parts bolted to the chassis
4) Weld the cut part 3" lower from it's stock location.  Stock vs new location.
5) 1/4 panel located 3" lower from stock.
6) Fender fitted to show the new height difference.  Suspension still stock height.
7) Floor pans had to be lowered as well by making 'S' bent brackets
8) Top of 'S' bracket welded to tunnel, bottom welded to floor pans
9) Front pans had to be tapered up to the stock height framehead
11) Both pans lowered (note that pans relocated back 10" for other body mods)
12) Pedals needs to be lowered the same amount.  Started by cutting the bottom of the tunnel
10) Passenger side lowered compared to the stock height driver side
13) Dropped tunnel boxed in and welded

14) Welded in a sandrail type pedal mount onto the new location on the tunnel
15) Better pict of the aftermarket pedal mount
16) Bottom of dropped pedal section boxed in with thick gauge metal
18) Added support bars in between the dropped pans to minimize flexing
17) How the dropped floor pans looks from the bottom
19) Chassis ready for paint
20) Chassis complete minus top of the tunnel (shifter/hand brakes area)
