Roof was cut in half then ran through the bead roller

Halves tack welded back together

Roof skin test fitted

The plan is to mimick the lines similar to the VW30 prototypes

Old roof hole cut bigger to the same size as the new skin

Roof skin welded and primered.  Ready for final bodywork
