1) Made the glass frame (sorry, no progress picts of it).  Roughly trimmed

2) Made hinges, spot welded on top of the frame to make sure it's alligned with each other

3) Hinges spot welded to the frame to make sure it opens correctly

4) How it looks from the outside, wooden template in for mockup

5) Frame opened up.  Will be remaking new hinges to allow it to open up further
